Reuters has published a story about Pink
Floyd's David Gilmour.
The article, written by Dean Goodman and dated Oct. 7, is
titled "Pigs Might Fly Before Pink Floyd Reunites."
In it, Gilmour
discusses his feelings about a Pink Floyd
reunion, former bandmate Roger Waters,
and his recent spate of solo performances.
Floyd has
not played together since 1994's North American tour, which grossed
$104 million. "Pink Floyd, to be honest, is the furthest thing from
my mind at the moment," Gilmour says in the article.
He confirms
his intentions to record a solo album in 2003 plans he announced
on BBC Radio 2's "Drivetime Show" on Sept. 27. "I don't think it's
going to rock out an awful lot," he says.
