Mason to make in-store appearance Columbia Records reports Pink Floyd drummer Nick Mason will make an in-store appearance at the Midtown Best Buy in New York, N.Y., on Thursday, Sept. 14. He'll be meeting fans and signing copies of the new "Pulse" DVD, released this summer. Mason was a founding member Pink Floyd and has served as the band's unofficial archivist. He wrote "Inside Out: A Personal History of Pink Floyd," published in the U.S. in April 2005. The Midtown Best Buy is at 529 5th Avenue at 44th Street in New York City. (Sept. 13, 2006)
