Pink Floyd drummer offers comments on albums

Nick Mason is interviewed in the January issue of Maxim magazine. The drummer of Pink Floyd offers commentary on six albums in the one-page article — "The Piper at the Gates of Dawn," "A Saucerful of Secrets," "Dark Side of the Moon," "Wish You Were Here," "The Wall" and "The Final Cut."

One of the more astute observations Mason makes in the article: "Bands inevitably work together well until they achieve something, which is the catalyst for the big explosion." He makes the statement in reference to the immense success of "Dark Side," often cited as the last album on which the band worked well together.
