David Gilmour to appear on BBC's "Later"
Floyd frontman to play one of the oldie

Pink Floyd guitarist David Gilmour will appear on the "Later with Jools Holland" program Friday, Nov. 23. Gilmour will perform "I Put a Spell on You" with U.K. soul vocalist Mica Paris.

"Later" is shot live and aired on the BBC. The program has been on the air since 1992, and has played host to more than 400 musical acts including heavy hitters such as Sting and David Bowie, as well as smaller, up-and-coming artists.

Holland was a founding member of the group Squeeze. He's played with Eric Clapton, Sting, George Harrison and others.

Gilmour's recording of "I Put a Spell on You" is part of "Small World Big Band," a new album by Jools Holland and his Rhythm & Blues Orchestra.
