That album turns 40 years old Nov. 28.<\/p>\n<p>Geesin also worked with the band on its 1970 &#8220;Atom Heart Mother&#8221; album, struggling to handle orchestrations on the epic &#8220;Atom Heart Mother Suite&#8221; while the band was away on tour.<\/p>\n<p>Geesin is only the fourth guest to appear on &#8220;Floydian Slip&#8221; in the show&#8217;s 20-year history. Sleeve designer <strong>Storm Thorgerson<\/strong> was on the show in 1997; sound engineer <strong>Andy Jackson <\/strong>appeared in 2001; and &#8220;Wall&#8221; artist <strong>Gerald Scarfe <\/strong>was a guest just a few weeks ago.<\/p>\n<p>Geesin will appear on show #764, which will air Saturday and Sunday, Nov. 27 and 28.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Avant-garde multimedia artist Ron Geesin will appear on &#8220;Floydian Slip&#8221; next weekend.
