The Pink Floyd co-founder will join the cast of <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.cultureproject.org\">Culture Project<\/a><\/strong>&#8216;s revival of \u201cThe Exonerated,\u201d a play about wrongfully convicted survivors of death row.<\/p>\n<p>Written by <strong>Jessica Blank<\/strong> and <strong>Erik Jensen<\/strong>, the show&#8217;s original production ran for more than 600 performances beginning in October 2002. Featuring a rotating cast of celebrities reading accounts by former death row inmates, the show focuses on the true stories of six people sentenced to death and later freed after being proven innocent.<\/p>\n<p>Waters will share the stage with <strong>Kathleen Chalfant<\/strong>, <strong>William Marshall<\/strong> and <strong>Chris Sarandon<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Founded by<strong> Allan Buchman<\/strong> in 1996, Culture Project&#8217;s dedicated to addressing human rights issues by shining an artistic spotlight on injustice.<\/p>\n<p>The show plays at 45 Bleecker St. in New York&#8217;s East Village Nov. 27 through Dec. 2.
