{"id":7786,"date":"2017-03-12T10:02:28","date_gmt":"2017-03-12T14:02:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.floydianslip.com\/news\/?p=7786"},"modified":"2017-03-12T10:02:28","modified_gmt":"2017-03-12T14:02:28","slug":"post-performance-report-another-brick-in-the-wall-opera","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.floydianslip.com\/news\/2017\/03\/post-performance-report-another-brick-in-the-wall-opera\/","title":{"rendered":"Post-performance report: &#8220;Another Brick in the Wall&#8221; opera"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><\/p>\n<p>Last night in Montreal, &#8220;Floydian Slip&#8221; attended the premiere of &#8220;Another Brick in the Wall,&#8221; a new opera based on Pink Floyd&#8217;s &#8220;The Wall.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The crowd outside the entrance of <strong>Place Des Arts<\/strong>&#8216; Salle Wilfrid-Pelletier theater grew steadily as we approached the 7:30 curtain time. Two or three television camera crews were there reporting on-scene, likely adding to the crowd as passers-by stopped to see what the commotion was.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Roger Waters<\/strong> arrived about 15 minutes before the performance and posed for photos with other production personnel on the red carpet.
