Audio: WFXF guest appearance

We made our second guest appearance on Chicago’s 103.9 The Fox (WFXF) this morning, chatting with morning guy Sherman.

    MLOR was my first ever listen to Floyd. I think that was late middle school for me. Wasn’t quite as obsessed with the band then, so I never saw the MLOR tour. However, I was able to see the Division Bell tour in 1994. In RFK stadium in DC! Very awesome! I oddly remember seeing lots of people who were completely out of their mind at that concert. Unlike a Grateful Deads concert where you see mostly mellow pot smoking folk, the Division Bell concert must have lots of people on hard acid. It was very crazy.

    Oddly, I’ve only seen Roger Water tours since then. Would like to see Gilmour solo at least once. Actually saw Roger Water’s The Wall tour TWICE… each time he came through DC. Probably one of the best concerts I’ve ever been to.
