“Floydian Slip” coming to KXTW (Claypool, AZ)

“Floydian Slip” will begin airing on KXTW 92.7 FM in Claypool, Ariz., starting Sunday, June 5. The station will carry the show Sundays at 6 p.m. and Wednesdays at 9 p.m. MT.

“X92.7” is a 100-watt non-commercial rock station serving the Globe-Miami area of Arizona.

More than 70 affiliate stations have joined the show’s Random Precision Radio Network, created seven years ago when we began syndicating our show from our Vermont studio.

“Floydian Slip” coming to Cool Classic Rock

“Floydian Slip” will begin airing on Cool Classic Rock, starting Wednesday, June 1. The station will carry the show Wednesday at 8 p.m. CT.

Cool Classic Rock is a streaming radio station headquartered in Columbia, Mo.

Nearly 70 affiliate stations have joined the show’s Random Precision Radio Network, created seven years ago when we began syndicating our show from our Vermont studio.

Royal Mail to issue Pink Floyd stamps

The U.K. Royal Mail will issue 10 new postage stamps to commemorate Pink Floyd’s 50th anniversary of becoming a professional band.

Six of the stamps feature Floyd album covers: The Piper at the Gates of Dawn (1967), Atom Heart Mother (1970), The Dark Side of the Moon (1973), Wish You Were Here (1975), Animals (1977) and The Endless River (2014). The other four feature the band performing live.

Royal Mail is selling the stamps in a variety of bundle and first day issue configurations.

The stamps are available for pre-order now and will be sold in post offices beginning July 7.

Royal Mail featured The Division Bell (1994) on a stamp in 2010.
